RAPs

 

 

 

A Reconciliation Automation Package (RAP) is a reconcilation solution for a specific business scenario. Innogence provides preconfigured RAPs that are accelerators for rapid implementation of automated reconciliations.
Each preconfigured RAP has been carefully designed, developed and tested to meet the most common reconciliation requirements.
The RAPs are executed in the backgound by the iRekon engine. The RAP output (reconciliation results) are published to the iRekon workbench.

Billing Documents

SAP Billing Documents contain important reporting information such as sales and margins. The Billing cubes in BW are often used for critical business reporting such as Daily Sales reporting.
 
This RAP is a preconfigured reconciliation solution for Billing Documents. It compares Billings Documents in SAP BW with Billing Documents in SAP ECC or SAP R3. It can be run from iRekon on a daily basis and it can reconcile billing documents for the previous day or previous week or any reasonable time interval.
 
Like most other RAPs, it has built in intelligence to ignore changes made to billing documents since the last extract.
